The majority of the Team Wales athletes are heading to their holding camps for the Commonwealth Games as rugby superstar George North send his good luck message.
North is the latest big name to throw his support behind Wales quest for 27 medals at Glasgow 2014.
A Twitter campaign has been running for a while using #PobLwc and many people including celebrities, sports stars and members of the public have got on board to show their support.
The Games get under way at the opening ceremony on July 23 in Celtic Park.
