Glasgow 2014: Wales sevens start off with easy win at Games

Wales rugby sevens team kicked off their Commonwealth Games campaign with a comprehensive 52-0 victory over Malaysia at Ibrox.

Gareth Davies scored a hat-trick as Wales ran in eight tries to thrash the minnows.

Gareth Williams’ side face Papua New Guinea and Samoa in Pool C later in the day.

Samoa beat Papua New Guinea 33-14 in their opening game.
