Two men, aged 28 and 34 from Rugby, were arrested in Cardiff on Monday on suspicion of murder, police said. A third, aged 27, was held on Tuesday.

A teenager from Rugby, arrested on Saturday, is still in custody.

Two men in their 30s, arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder, were bailed on Monday.

A woman arrested on Friday was released with no further action being taken.

Warwickshire Police said the shooting was a “targeted incident” and that Mr Banton’s car had been forced off the road and into a ditch.
