More than a dozen top rugby stars and athletes have turned to Non to keep them in shape as they give up full-time professional sport.
Ex-international judo star, weightlifter and wrestler Non, 38, is also advising one or two current Welsh rugby players on their fitness.
Retired international winger Shane Williams asked for Nonâs help when he started to put on a few pounds while playing out his career in Japan.
Shane was training alongside Non for a charity boxing tournament in Dubai and was afraid he was turning from a bantamweight into a light-heavyweight.
But under Nonâs guidance he went into the rings with better abs than when he was playing rugby for Wales.
Shane, 36, a surprise British Lion this summer, said: âNon came up with a strict diet plan which focused on eating little and often and was simple and easy to follow.
âIt worked for me and within eight weeks I was in better shape than Iâve been for a long time.
âBeside that sheâs a good advertisement for her fitness plan â she looks incredible for someone whoâs older than me!â
Former international sprinter Jamie Baulch also signed up for Nonâs campaign to tackle the problem facing many sports stars when they stop the tough training regimes that put them at the top of their game.
Olympic silver medalist Jamie, 40, said: âI retired eight years ago – and after giving my whole life to athletics the last thing I wanted to do was sport.
âI wanted to get away from it – have a beer and an Indian curry and relax a bit.
âBut I knew I was putting on weight and getting a bit on the fat side – I was
big for me.
âI spoke to Non and eight weeks later I was a stone-and-a-half lighter.
âIt was very motivational and you only have to see her physique to know you are in good hands.â
Former Wales scrum-half Rupert Moon lost a stone in the less than eight weeks under Nonâs watchful eye.
And Helen Davies, wife of former Wales star and BBC rugby pundit Jonathan, asked Non to help her lose a few pounds before going on holiday.
Helen said: âNon gave me an exercise plan and a diet – I couldnât believe how quickly I got into shape again.
âJonathan was away in Australia at the time with the Lions – he was very impressed when he got back.
Non, who scored 489 points and 64 tries in her 87 appearances for Wales, reckons she is fitter and stronger now than during her playing days.
Non, who lives on the Gower, said: âPeople were always asking me for training and diet advice so I decided to do something about it.
âI set up my own web site so people could buy a training or diet plan.
âI design every plan depending on the individualâs goal. Most go for the eight week plan.
âEvery meal and every training session is mapped out in detail.
