The former Bosworth College student returns from an injury that kept her out of the autumn series.
England play France on Saturday night at the Stade des Alpes.
Aylestone St James hooker Brett Pruce was a second-half replacement for England Deaf as they were outguned 36-3 against Wales.
Pruce went on for Oliver Evans after 58 minutes.
