Worcester Warriors have confirmed the double capture of Matt Cox and Ryan Mills who will quit Kingsholm in the summer.
The Gloucester duo were offered new contracts by Nigel Davies but have opted to pursue more regular rugby at Sixways.
Cox has made 58 appearances for the Cherry and Whites since moving in the opposite direction in 2010.
Mills has endured an injury-ravaged career at Gloucester and has not played since damaging his foot in November.
