Milliken is a former chief financial officer of the Almac Group, CEO of Lamont plc and Northern Ireland CEO of the Investment Bank of Ireland. A qualified chartered accountant, he is a director of Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank, NI Science Park Foundation and a number of private companies.
He is a graduate of Queen’s University Belfast and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Also a successful rugby player, he won 14 caps for Ireland and was also on the British and Irish Lions tour of South Africa in 1974, the only unbeaten Lions tour to date.
