Wakefield are also set to offer a foundation degree in Ârugby league from 2014.
That plan is part of a new college being set up at the club’s stadium and Âdesigned to Âspecialise in sports-based education.
The Sport and Education Academy will run BTEC vocational courses at level 3 – Âequivalent to A-level – from September.
Club spokesman Mark Winder said: “We want to use this Âopportunity to strengthen links with Eton, who Âprovide their pupils with a first-class educational Âexperience.â€
