Finn scored 1,484 points during two stints with Featherstone and previously played in the Super League for Halifax and Wakefield Trinity Wildcats.
He said: “I’m flattered and extremely grateful that a great, traditional club like Castleford have given me the opportunity to play in the Super League again.
