Gus Jones scores one of his tries against Wales
GUS Jones described himself a âvery happy boyâ after his impressive four-try haul for England Under 20s at Kingston Park, Newcastle.
The Oxford University and Wasps flanker was named man-of-the-match for his salvo in Englandâs 67-7 Six Nations victory over Wales.
And afterwards Jones, whose family home is in Oxford, tweeted: âVery happy boy! Thanks for all the messages.
âGreat to be part of that performance. Top work lads, on to the next one!â
Jones misses tomorrow nightâs clash with Italy at Stadio Peroni (6) due to university commitments, but Leicesterâs Henry Purdy, from Milton-under-Wychwood, is on the bench after starting at left wing against Wales.
