Prop Wilson and front-row partner Nathan Catt destroyed the home scrum and Fijian winger Semesa Rokoduguni reaped the rewards with two tries.
Flanker Matt Garvey scored the other as Wasps surrendered and Young admitted the home crowd had been short-changed.
He confirmed that Wasps are in the market for new players, with Wales lock Bradley Davies on the shopping list.
Young said: âThis showed why we have to invest in the squad, we were second-best by a margin. We owe our fans an apology. We lacked energy and commitment.â
Bath head coach Mike Ford said: âThis was a very professional and clinical performance.â
Ford said centre Kyle Eastmond, whose future was in doubt after he walked out of an LV=Cup game at half-time, will play in tonightâs reserves match against Sale.
