While the Council’s Customer Contact centre tries to ensure they deal speedily with incoming calls – Â at peak times some delays are inevitable.
Said Trace: ” This gives us the opportunity just to give out a few messages about how proud we are to be a Host City and where people can get more information about the competition.
“This is a massive global event and I can’t begin to express how honoured I am to be just a small part of it.”
Trace is a massive Rugby fan and a big Gloucester supporter. She said: ” It runs in the family. My late dad was a regular in ‘The Shed’ and would have been so proud knowing I am involved.”
Trace was selected in a competition amongst staff to ‘audition’ for the part.
