The NRL has today postponed the VB NSW CUP match between the Wests Tigers and Newcastle Knights. The game will now be played tomorrow at Campbelltown Sports Stadium with kick-off at 1pm.
The scheduling changes follow an inspection of Leichhardt Oval this morning and a commitment to providing the best possible playing surface for tonight’s Telstra Premiership match between Wests Tigers and Melbourne.
The Telstra Premiership match between Wests Tigers and Melbourne Storm will proceed as scheduled at 5.30pm.
NSWRL Chief Executive, Mr David Trodden, and NRL General Manager of Football Operations, Mr Nathan McGuirk, today thanked the clubs and broadcasters for their support in facilitating the changes.
This match will now be played on Monday night, the 15th of July at 7pm at North Sydney Oval.
