LONDON Welsh hooker Greg Bateman has signed for Aviva Premiership side Exeter Chiefs.
Bateman, 24, is the second hooker to leave the Exiles this summer after Neil Briggs moved to Leicester.
Championship club Welsh have strongly hinted they will continue to play in Oxford after last season’s relegation from the Premiership, but have yet to confirm a venue.
