The All Blacks have completed a perfect season with a dramatic 24-22 win over Ireland.

FULLTIME

TRY! Oh wow! The All Blacks have gotten out of jail in the most dramatic fashion! They stretched Ireland from left to right before an off-load from Dane Coles put Ryan Crotty over in the corner in the 82 minute.

Cruden misses the first conversion but Ireland charged early and he gets another go and nails it!

Heart-break for Ireland and history for the All Blacks! Stay tuned for a report, video highlights and reaction.

All Blacks 24 (Julian Savea, Ben Franks Ryan Crotty tries; Aaron Cruden three con, one pen)
Ireland 22(Conor Murray, Rory Best, Rob Kearney tries; Jonathan Sexton two con, one pen)
Halftime:22-7

76mins: Ireland 22 All Blacks 17

Ireland wins a massive penalty from a rolling maul but Sexton can’t land the penalty from wide out for an eight-point buffer. The All Blacks are still in this!

67mins: Ireland 22 All Blacks 17

TRY! The All Blacks worked through a number of phases with quick ball at the fore and eventually it is replacement prop Ben Franks who powers over. Cruden converts. Meanwhile Beauden Barrett replaces Cory Jane which means Ben Smith moves to the wing and Barrett to fullback.

62mins: Ireland 22 All Blacks 10

Ben Franks replaces Wyatt Crockett while O’Driscoll looks distraught on the bench.

57mins: Ireland 22 All Blacks 10

Ireland are penalised at the breakdown but Cruden drags his attempt badly from 45 metres out. Charlie Faumuina and Steven Luatua have been replaced by Owen Franks and Liam Messam.

52mins: Ireland 22 All Blacks 10

Ireland’s Devin Toner is penalised for obstruction and Cruden closes the gap to 10-points. Meanwhile Israel Dagg has been replaced by Ryan Crotty so Ben Smith moves back to fullback. O’Driscoll has also gone off for a concussion check but he might be back.

50mins: Ireland 22 All Blacks 7

NO TRY! Israel Dagg makes a 15-metre surge towards the line but the inspirational Brian O’Driscoll gets his hand under the ball and he is held up. So close!

44mins: Ireland 22 All Blacks 7

Andrew Hore’s All Black career is most likely over after 83 Tests. He is replaced by Dane Coles.

41mins: Ireland 22 All Blacks 7

The second half is underway and the All Blacks have it all to play for. Talk of a perfect season is now a long way away but we know to never to write them off.

HALFTIME: Ireland 22 All Blacks 7

Ireland are just 40 minutes away from one of the biggest upsets in Test rugby history. The way they are playing is reminiscent of the 2011 World Cup win over the Wallabies while the All Blacks look well of the pace. Stay tuned.

33mins: Ireland 22 All Blacks 7

Ireland was hot on attack again but Wyatt Crockett is penalised at scrum time and Sexton makes it a 15 point buffer from out wide. That is the third penalty of the Test can you believe?

27mins: Ireland 19 All Blacks 7

TRY! The All Blacks are on the board! Ben Smith made the initial break before Aaron Cruden summed up the situation perfectly and grubber kicked for Julian Savea to score near the posts. Cruden converts and momentum is shifting.

20mins: Ireland 19 All Blacks 0

TRY! This is unbelievable! The All Blacks are on attack but Israel Dagg fumbles a pass from Aaron Cruden and Rob Kearney pounces for the intercept and streaks 60 metres. Sexton can’t convert but are we witnessing history?

16mins: Ireland 14 All Blacks 0

A devastated Rory Best has a suspected broken arm and has been replaced by Sean Cronin. Tragic stuff.

13mins: Ireland 14 All Blacks 0

TRY! Wow Ireland are in again! They are on fire! They are ripping into the breakdowns and offloading at will. Sean O’Brien and Conor Murray combined to make the decisive break before hooker Rory Best dummied and scored. Sexton converts.

6mins: Ireland 7 All Blacks 0

TRY! What a dream start for Ireland! From an attacking set-piece, Ireland’s runners pounded away before halfback Conor Murray burrowed over for the try. Jonathan Sexton converts in complete silence but now the crowd finds its voice again.

1mins: Ireland 0 All Blacks 0

And we’re underway on an overcast afternoon in Dublin. We can confirm in late injury news that Luke Romano has pulled up lame and been replaced by Brodie Retallick while Liam Messam moves into the reserves and just led the last haka of 2013.

Pre-Match

It’s not exactly family friendly viewing for New Zealand fans but here we are as the All Blacks look to complete the first perfect season of the modern era.

It will be quite an achievement and against an Ireland side that has never tasted victory against New Zealand it will surely be a formality.

But least we forget that Hansen’s men tripped up in the corresponding fixture last year against England and after 13 Tests nothing can be a given in the twilight of November.

It is also Ireland great Brian O’Driscoll’s last hurrah against the All Blacks and he would like nothing more to ice his career with what would be a win for the ages.

Ireland:15 Rob Kearney, 14 Tommy Bowe, 13 Brian O’Driscoll, 12 Gordon D’Arcy, 11 David Kearney, 10 Jonathan Sexton, 9 Conor Murray, 8 Jamie Heaslip, 7 Sean O’Brien, 6 Peter O’Mahony, 5 Paul O’Connell (capt), 4 Devin Toner, 3 Mike Ross, 2 Rory Best, 1 Cian Healy.

Reserves: 16 Sean Cronin, 17 Jack McGrath, 18 Declan Fitzpatrick, 19 Mike McCarthy, 20 Kevin McLaughlin, 21 Isaac Boss, 22 Ian Madigan, 23 Luke Fitzgerald.

All Blacks:1.Wyatt Crockett, 2.Andrew Hore, 3.Charlie Faumuina, 4. Brodie Retallick. 5.Samuel Whitelock, 6.Steven Luatua, 7.Richie McCaw (captain), 8.Kieran Read, 9.Aaron Smith, 10.Aaron Cruden, 11.Julian Savea, 12.Ma’a Nonu, 13.Ben Smith, 14.Cory Jane, 15.Israel Dagg.

Reserves: 16.Dane Coles, 17.Ben Franks, 18.Owen Franks, 19.Liam Messam, 20.Sam Cane, 21.TJ Perenara, 22.Beauden Barrett, 23.Ryan Crotty.
