WALES and Ospreys star Ryan Jones has been raising money for Army personnel during his testimonial year.
With Princes Gate Spring Water and Barclays Bank, he held a fundraising dinner in Narberth earlier this year, as well as a doing a stretch of a sponsored cycle ride from the town to barracks of the Welsh Guards in Hounslow.

The Welsh Guards Afghanistan Appeal, which supports army veterans who have served in the country, is his chosen testimonial charity. And Barclays agreed to match fund the money he raised from the events.
