While talk naturally switches to a Triple Crown with England on the horizon and even a Grand Slam, both agree that keeping a lid on expectations will be at the foremost of Joe Schmidt’s concerns.

“In camp there will be no talk of a Triple Crown, let alone a Grand Slam,” Ruaidhri says, a sentiment agreed with by the former Irish out-half.

“Keeping expectations under wraps will be Joe’s biggest challenge for what will be a massive game in Twickenham,” Tony added.
